Val Ostrowski leads Panthers past Trinity

Val Ostrowski netted a pair of first=half goals, leading the NorthWood Panthers to a 3-0 win over South Bend Trinity Saturday. She scored in the 15th minute on a penalty kick and added an unassisted goal in the 16th. Kristyn Burt added the other goal, assisted by Allyson Jenkins, in the 19th minute.
NorthWood led 10-3 in shots on goal while each team had two corner kicks. Danae Ehret made three keeper saves for the winners (2-0-1) and Molly Hoover seven for Trinity.
NorthWood was a 1-0 JV winner as Julie Santos scored for the Panthers.
