Kelcie Lehman nets NW winner

Kelcie Lehman netted the winning goal in the 60th minute as NorthWood edged South Bend Washington, 2-1, Tuesday night at NorthWood.

Kristyn Burt added the other goal for the winners with an assist from Lehman. Avante Newsome-Green (Rachel Meert assist) scored in the 6th minute for Washington.

NorthWood had advantages of 25-6 in shots on goal and 3-0 in corner kicks. Danae Ehret made 5 keeper saves for the iwnners and J'shate Gunn 23 for Washington.

NorthWood (9-3-2) travels to Plymouth next Tuesday.

Washington was a 2-0 JV winner.
